The statement says: “Hello. This is Cowl Entertainment. The reason we are posting is that we would like to inform you that the agency and the Various members could not come to an agreement. We had various differences in opinions, so ultimately this led to the disbandment of Various. We are deeply thankful for the interest and love that fans have shown Various so far.”
