‘Produce 101‘ season 2’s contestant Kim Yongjin has made his hot debut with ‘NG‘. For this debut, he has revealed his first album, ‘Different+ing‘. So, check out the groovy music video below!
‘NG‘ is quite an upbeat track that really hooks you in immediately. Yongjin‘s rapping style is the type that captures your attention. His rap is quite distinct and clear, which runs nicely with the beat. The beat itself is beautiful with the right rhythm added to bring its uniqueness. He is also heard singing in this track. It definitely shows just how talented this guy can is!
He has a unique voice, which does bring chills to those who listen to him. When we get to the chorus, it is quite addictive to listen to, especially the part where he goes ‘Du Du Du Du‘. This is definitely the part that people will be having on replay all day. Meanwhile, the video itself is quite interesting. He doesn’t appear in the video yet beautiful painting is used in replacement. It really keeps you stuck to the video, watching what will happen next. It is quite a creative way to do things.
Yongjin has done amazing with ‘NG‘ and shows all the skills he possesses. Yongjin has taken a twist from the word ‘NG‘. Rather than taking it with a negative connotation; he has put a positive light to it. Rather than it meeting ‘No Good‘, he expresses the meaning as ‘No Guilty‘ throughout the track. This message fits nicely with this upbeat track that gives a positive light.
