JYP Entertainment to launch group survival program
JYP Entertainment will be collaborating with Mnet on a male group survival program.
The agency has confirmed that the program will begin in October and will have a unique format. Rather than the usual format of individuals competing against each other for a place on a debuting team, the trainees will work towards the goal of debuting as a group.
The group will need to complete various missions and will be tested on both their ability and teamwork.
The trainees that will be participating have been revealed to be talented in dancing, singing and producing. The program will also give a behind-the-scenes look at the daily lives of trainees.
J.Y. Park will no doubt have a hand in selecting the winning team
JYP Entertainment’s male group survival program will air its first episode on October 17 at 11pm KST.
