Seo In Guk leaves Jellyfish Entertainment
Singer and actor Seo In Guk is officially leaving Jellyfish Entertainment.
It has been reported that Seo In Guk’s contract with Jellyfish Entertainment had expired, and after consideration the entertainer would not be renewing his contract with them.
After enlisting for his mandatory military service in March 2017, he was discharged and exempted from service due to his medical condition of osteochondral lesions. He received criticism that he used the condition to gain the exemption, a claim that was dismissed by Jellyfish Entertainment.
Even after the strong denials, suspicions still remained that he had left the condition untreated in order to gain a full military exemption. However, Seo In Guk continually expressed his strong desire to complete his military service.
Seo In Guk will not renew his contract with Jellyfish Entertainment
Seo In Guk is expected to find a new agency that is fully supportive of his musical and acting career.
