Woollim Entertainment‘s new boy group has an official debut date!
Ever since announcing the name of upcoming group Golden Child back in May, Woollim Entertainment has been keeping fans guessing with a steady stream of teasers. Now, Golden Child has officially announced their debut date! Golden Child will be making their long-awaited debut on August 28. The date of the group’s debut was revealed through an animated debut teaser, complete with a fun pastel colour palette and an energetic soundtrack. Check it out below!
Golden Child is an eleven member group, with many of the members having previously participated in the W Project in preparation for their debut. Upon debut they will be one of only two boy groups active under Woollim Entertainment, and are making their debut some seven years after labelmates INFINITE. Whilst some are calling Golden Child “INFINITE‘s little brothers”, Golden Child‘s leader Daeyeol actually is the younger brother of INFINITE‘s Sungyeol! Are you excited for Golden Child‘s debut?
