Our favourite GOT7 unit has just announced an unexpected comeback planned for later this year! JB and Jinyoung debuted as duo JJ Project five years ago, with the infectious and still incredibly popular track ‘Bounce‘, which also featured on the official soundtrack for ‘Dream High 2‘. Jinyoung will also be exercising his acting muscles, along with his JJ vocals, as he is also set to appear in new web drama ‘Magic School (working title)’, after meeting with success in other acting projects such as film, ‘Nunbal (A Stray Goat)’, and drama series ‘Legend of the Blue Sea‘.

Team Wang is open for business!
The second wave of GOT7’s unit comeback activities will take the form of a solo Chinese release for member Jackson Wang, who is originally from Hong Kong. Jackson announced the opening of his studio yesterday via Instagram, with the caption “Team Wang. Work hard to the fullest to become a better Jackson”. The GOT7 rapper’s growing popularity in China is evident from his frequent appearances on shows such as ‘Go Fridge‘, ‘Running Man China‘, and ‘Hyper Dimension Idol‘, so we’re sure this release is going to be a huge step for his solo career aspirations!
The real question is, are there more comeback announcements ahead for the remaining members? A Japanese solo project for Youngjae perhaps? Will the rest of the rap line a.k.a. MarkBam drop their own track? Will Yugyeom realise his dream of collaborating with Chris Brown?! We need to know more JYP!
