BREAKING: T.O.P's prosecutors demand 10 month suspended sentence, 2 years probation

T.O.P acknowledges all charges, and pleads guilty to marijuana use

Although he  initially denied several of the marijuana charges brought against him when they came to light earlier this month, T.O.P (real name Choi Seung Hyun), acknowledged all charges during his first trial at the Seoul Central District Court this morning.

Prosecutors at today’s trial have recommended that T.O.P face a ten month suspended sentence on violation of a probation order. His probation period is said to be up to two years in duration at this stage, but this will be decided at the final hearing.

Female trainee, Han Seo Hee, who was charged along with T.O.P for the same incident, received a three year suspended prison sentence, four years probation, court-ordered rehabilitation, and a fine on 15 June 2017.

The second trial is scheduled to be held on 20 July 2017.
