Despite the hilarity of the post, some netizens were critical of Korea's state of fashion as top comments read, "Proof that we're slave to trends, when something is the trend, we all rush to buy it. When it's no longer a trend, we throw it away. Basically, we care a lot about how other people view our fashion," "People should seek to express their individuality [through fashion,] but here, everyone just follows the trend," and, "It even applies for chips.
